First Steps
Create a LeenOps account, complete onboarding, and prepare your workspace for real use.
Creating an account and configuring the workspace are separate stages. Account verification protects access; onboarding creates the tenant and its initial settings.
1. Create an account
Open workspace.leenops.com and choose Sign up. You can use email and password or any social sign-in provider shown on the registration page. Available providers can vary by deployment.
For email and password, follow the password checklist shown in the form and complete the anti-abuse check when requested.
2. Verify the account
Email-and-password signup sends an authentication verification message. Open it and follow the secure link. If it does not arrive, check spam and use the resend control after its cooldown.
Social sign-in normally returns directly to LeenOps after the provider confirms the account. Your organization may require additional security checks, such as MFA or a managed-password change.
Verification, password recovery, invitations, and access-security notices are system emails. They are not configured in Workspace Email or Email Sequences.
3. Complete onboarding
The current onboarding flow collects:
- Your name, workspace name, optional phone number, and team size.
- Your role or job title.
- Language, timezone, and currency, initially suggested from the browser.
- Optional teammate invitations when that step is available.
The workspace slug is generated automatically. Industry and module selection are not onboarding steps.
Completing onboarding creates the workspace and starts its trial when applicable. LeenOps then queues its own customer-lifecycle processing. The first post-onboarding founder welcome is separate from the earlier authentication verification message and may arrive after the delivery worker applies its send window.
4. Prepare for production use
Before activating customer communications:
- Confirm the active workspace and regional settings.
- Invite teammates and review their roles.
- Add representative CRM records or import a small test set.
- Configure and verify Workspace Email.
- Build and test an Email Sequence.
- Enroll an internal test contact before using real recipients.
Use the command palette with Ctrl+K on Windows or Cmd+K on macOS to find pages and actions quickly.
