Roles

| Owner | Full workspace, billing, and security control. |
| Admin | Day-to-day management of agents, keys, knowledge bases, and deployments. |
| Operator | Running agents, reviewing reports, and handling setup work. |
| Developer | API, developer portal, repos, and technical integrations. |
| Viewer | Read-only review of reports, dashboards, and usage. |
Good practice
- Give every person their own login.
- Avoid shared admin accounts.
- Grant developer access only to people who need API or repo automation.
- Review user access after every client handoff.
