Create Your Workspace
Complete onboarding, understand workspace isolation, and switch between workspaces in LeenOps.
A workspace is the tenant boundary for your team's records, settings, permissions, and automations in LeenOps. Workspaces share the managed LeenOps service, while workspace IDs, row-level security, and authorization rules keep one tenant's data from another.
Most teams need one workspace. Use another workspace only for a business or operating unit that needs separate records, members, and configuration.
Create the first workspace
After account verification or social sign-in, onboarding asks for:
- Profile and workspace — confirm your full name, workspace name, phone number if applicable, and team size.
- Role — choose the job role that best describes your work.
- Regional settings — review the detected language, timezone, and currency.
- Invites — invite teammates when the optional invite step is shown.
LeenOps creates the URL slug automatically. Onboarding does not ask you to select an industry or manually enable modules.
When onboarding completes, LeenOps creates the workspace and starts its trial when applicable. Platform lifecycle processing also creates the corresponding company, owner contact, and lifecycle deal in LeenOps' internal customer workspace; these are not records added to your new workspace.
Review the workspace
After onboarding:
- Open Settings and verify the workspace name, language, timezone, and currency.
- Invite the people who should have access.
- Assign the minimum role each person needs.
- Configure integrations and sender identities before activating automations that depend on them.
- Import or create the first business records.
Manage multiple workspaces
If your account belongs to more than one workspace, use the workspace switcher in the application shell to select the active workspace. Always confirm the active workspace before importing records, changing settings, or activating an automation.
| Area | Behavior |
|---|---|
| Records | Scoped to the active workspace |
| Members and roles | Managed separately in each workspace |
| Settings and integrations | Configured separately in each workspace |
| Sequences and automations | Owned and executed within one workspace |
| Billing | An account can cover multiple workspaces; do not assume one subscription per workspace |
Self-service transfer of records or configuration between workspaces is not part of onboarding. Contact support before creating duplicate production data when you are unsure which workspace should own it.
