What LeenOps can run
- Internal assistant teams for engineering, marketing, operations, finance, customer support, and personal assistant work.
- A public CX chatbot widget that can be embedded on any website with a script tag.
- Knowledge bases backed by uploaded files, URLs, and product-specific document sets.
- Voice agents for browser calls, phone calls, transcripts, debriefs, and follow-up automation.
- Hermes private client deployments with short-lived install tokens and telemetry back to the LeenOps control plane.
- BYO API keys, BYO runtime connections, MCP schemas, and external agent integrations.
Non-technical summary
You create a workspace, connect data, choose the agent or product you want, and follow the setup checklist. LeenOps handles the background jobs, logs, usage, and dashboards.
Current console language
The primary areas are Home, Assistants, Work, Knowledge, Insights, Solutions, and Workspace. Some API names and older links still use agent; user guides use the current Assistant terminology.
