Choose Your Modules
Enable and configure the Leenops modules your team needs. Modules can be turned on or off anytime.
Leenops's modular design lets you enable only the features you need. You can turn modules on or off at any time — your data is preserved even when a module is disabled.
Accessing Module Settings
- Click Settings in the left sidebar
- Select Modules from the settings menu
- You'll see toggle cards for each available module
Available Modules
CRM (Customer Relationship Management)
What it does:
- Manage contacts, companies, and deals
- Track your sales pipeline from discovery to closed won
- Run email campaigns and track engagement
- Automate follow-ups and task creation
Best for: Sales teams, account managers, business development
The CRM includes powerful features like Power Session (bulk calling/emails), commission tracking, and AI-powered deal insights.
Recruiting (ATS)
What it does:
- Post job openings and manage applications

Platform Features (Always On)
These features are available in every workspace and cannot be disabled:

Enabling a Module
- Find the module card on the Modules settings page
- Toggle the switch to On
- The module immediately appears in your sidebar
- Module-specific settings become available
Enabling a module is instant and free during your trial. After trial, some modules may require a subscription upgrade.
Disabling a Module
- Toggle the module switch to Off
- Confirm the action in the dialog
- The module disappears from your sidebar
Important: Disabling a module hides it from the interface, but your data is preserved. Re-enabling the module restores access to all your existing data.
