What it does

• Adds a floating chat bubble to an external website.
• Loads configuration from a scoped API key.
• Uses CORS domain checks to allow only approved websites.
• Answers with knowledge-base context and agent instructions.
• Stores conversations, ratings, and analytics for review.
• Supports vertical product frontends that use the same backend through product-scoped API keys.
