Launch A Voice Agent

Verified implementation includes console voice pages for agents, sessions, conversations, providers, calls, API keys, analytics, quality, and settings. Runtime voice sessions are owned by the standalone leenops-voice service; the console BFF routes start, observe, and configure voice workflows.

1. Define the call type and escalation rules.
2. Create the voice agent.
3. Connect provider keys.
4. Attach knowledge and bridge tools.
5. Test in browser WebRTC.
6. Configure phone transport if needed.
7. Run a noisy-call and interruption test.
8. Review transcripts and cost before going live.
