Client Hermes Install

Install Hermes with a junior-safe process.

Verified implementation includes platform Hermes deployment pages, install-token and telemetry-token APIs, install exchange routes, Windows installer routes, and the leenops-hermes Docker Compose runtime. Use the repo-local Hermes runbook for exact install commands.

  1. Create the client workspace.
  2. Create the Hermes deployment.
  3. Generate the install command.
  4. Run it on the client Windows machine.
  5. Confirm Docker services are healthy.
  6. Confirm telemetry appears in LeenOps.
  7. Record handoff notes without secrets.
