Telephony

Connect a voice provider, call CRM contacts, manage business numbers, and keep a shared call history in LeenOps Workspace.

LeenOps telephony connects phone conversations to the customer records your team already uses. A call can start from CRM, continue through the browser or a connected phone system, and finish as a workspace call record with its status, duration, related contact, notes, and any provider-supported media.

LeenOps is the CRM and call-history layer. Your connected provider supplies the phone service, numbers, routes, balance, and carrier billing.

What You Can Do

  • connect a supported bring-your-own-account voice provider;
  • choose the default provider used for CRM click-to-call;
  • call a contact, company, or deal without retyping its phone number;
  • keep inbound and outbound provider events in one call history;
  • filter calls by all, missed, today, or mine;
  • search by contact name or phone number;
  • add an outcome and notes during or after a call;
  • schedule a callback and receive an inbox reminder when it is due;
  • open a call to review linked CRM records, recording, transcript, and notes when the selected provider supplies them;
  • synchronize, buy, assign, and release Telnyx numbers from Workspace.

Choose the Right Call Model

LeenOps supports more than one way to place a call. The experience is determined by the default connected provider.

Setup Order

  1. Decide whether your team needs browser calling or PBX callback calling.
  2. Review roles, permissions, and compliance.
  3. Prepare the account values listed in the provider guide.
  4. Connect and test the provider under Settings > Telephony & Messaging.
  5. Configure the connection-specific signed webhook URL with the carrier.
  6. For Telnyx, synchronize or buy numbers and assign one to each caller.
  7. Place one approved test call in international format.
  8. Confirm the call appears under Communications > Calls with the expected status and linked CRM record.

Provider availability can depend on your Workspace release and account configuration. If a provider card described here is not visible, ask your Workspace administrator or LeenOps support before changing carrier settings.
