Help & Support

How to get help in Leenops — in-app docs, AI Assistant, troubleshooting, and contacting our support team.

Every screen in Leenops has a Help & Support panel one click away. It's the hub for everything you need when you're stuck — docs, AI, troubleshooting, and a way to reach our team.

Opening the panel

Click the question-mark icon (?) in the top-right header on any page. The panel slides in from the right and stays open while you keep working — it doesn't trap focus or dim the page behind it.

The button is always available, on every plan, in every module, regardless of which features your workspace has enabled.

What's inside

The panel opens to a hub with five entry points:

EntryWhen to use it
Ask Leenops AIQuick natural-language questions about your data. "Show me overdue tasks", "Draft a reply to John", "Where do I configure SLA?"
DocumentationBrowse step-by-step guides, references, and product docs. Auto-scopes to the module you're on.
TroubleshootingCurated fixes for the most common issues — email sync, login, kanban drag, white-label DNS, notifications.
Open a Support TicketSend an account, billing, or product issue to the Leenops team.
My requestsView every request you have sent, follow its status, reply, or reopen it.

Ask Leenops AI

The fastest way to get an answer. Click Ask Leenops AI in the hub (or press Cmd+/ / Ctrl+/ from anywhere) and type a question.

The AI can:

  • Search records across CRM, projects, support, recruiting, finance, and more
  • Draft emails, summarize a contact's history, or list "next steps" on a deal
  • Run actions on your behalf (with a confirmation step for any write)

Full guide: AI Assistant.

Documentation

The Docs view has two modes:

  • Browse — when you open it from a module page (e.g. /crm/contacts), the panel automatically loads the docs for that module. Use the chips at the top to jump between Getting Started, API Reference, and Integrations.
  • Search — type at least two characters into the search box and the panel searches every doc in real time. Matched terms are highlighted, results are ranked by title > description > body, and click any result to open it.

If you'd rather read in a full-width browser tab, use the Open full docs link in the panel footer to jump to docs.leenops.com.

Troubleshooting

The Troubleshooting view loads the troubleshooting index — a flat list of the most common issues with one-line fixes and links to the full guides. If your problem fits one of these patterns, start here before opening a support ticket:

  • Wrong workspace opens after login
  • Emails not syncing
  • Microsoft 365 sign-in fails
  • Kanban cards won't drag
  • White-label domain not working
  • Notifications not appearing

Support requests

For anything the AI, docs, or troubleshooting can't fix, select Open a Support Ticket. After the request is recorded, Leenops shows the ticket number and sends a branded confirmation email to the address on your account.

Select My requests from the Help & Support panel to open your request center inside the dashboard. You can review all your tickets, follow their status, reply to the support team, and reopen a resolved request.

Read Open and manage support requests for the complete workflow, including screenshots, workspace filtering, replies, reopening, and what to do if a ticket is missing.

Frequently asked

"I only have the CRM module — can I still get help?"

Yes. The Help & Support panel, the AI Assistant, the docs, and the contact form are all part of the platform — they're not gated by which modules you've enabled.

"Is the Support module how I contact Leenops?"

No. The Support module (/support) is for your customers contacting you — it's a customer-service helpdesk you run for your own users. To reach the Leenops team, use the Help & Support panel or email

support@leenops.com.

"Can my data be seen when I send a support request?"

The form sends only the fields you fill in plus the metadata listed above (workspace ID, plan, route, browser). It does not send the contents of any records. If we need more detail to debug, we'll ask you in the reply.

"What's the response time?"

We aim to acknowledge every message within one business day. Bugs that block your work and billing/account issues are prioritized.
