Stock Settings

Configure the public storefront, private share links, and archive-all behavior.

Open Stock > Settings for Stock-specific publication and sharing controls.

Public storefront

The storefront section provides:

  • Enable/disable control
  • Unique URL handle
  • Generated public URL with copy and open actions
  • Published-product count versus total active products
  • Readiness checks and public-access confirmation

Only workspace owners and admins can change these settings. At least one active product must be explicitly published before the storefront can be enabled.

Read the public storefront setup and engagement workflow.

Share links are separate from the always-on public storefront. They can expose a catalog, one product, or a warehouse through a tokenized link, with independent revocation and expiry controls.

Use private links for temporary or controlled access. Revoking a link does not disable the public storefront, and disabling the storefront does not automatically revoke private links.

Archive all stock

The danger zone includes Archive all.

  1. Select Archive all.
  2. Type the workspace name exactly.
  3. Confirm the archive operation.

This sets every Stock product inactive. It does not delete movement history, reorder rules, uploaded images, or share-link records.

Settings not currently available

The current Stock settings page does not expose:

  • FIFO, AVCO, or standard-cost valuation selection
  • Inventory and adjustment GL accounts
  • Reorder cron scheduling or a Run now action
  • Cycle-count tolerances or reminders
  • Barcode-format configuration
  • Low-stock notification recipients or channels

Reorder rules are configured separately under Stock > Reorder rules. The daily low-stock cron currently scans and logs below-threshold items, but its notification/email fan-out is still a follow-up implementation.
