Products
Create, import, edit, publish, share, and archive Stock products.
Open Stock > Products to manage the SKU catalog. The list supports server-side pagination, search, category/status/price filters, sorting, configurable columns, bulk actions, CSV import/export, quick view, and inline editing.

Create or edit a product
- Open Stock > Products.
- Select New Product, or open an existing product and choose Edit.
- Enter at least a SKU and name.
- Add pricing, categorization, tracking, and photos as needed.
- Keep Show on public storefront off until the public description, image, and pricing mode are ready.
- Save.
The product detail page shows its photos, current on-hand quantity by warehouse, pricing, recent movements, AI assistance, share controls, and storefront engagement.
Import and export
Use Import / Export > Import CSV for bulk creation or photo updates. The importer requires sku and name, accepts hosted and local images, skips SKUs that already exist in insert mode, and can resume interrupted runs.
Read the complete CSV import guide.
CSV export respects the current search and filters and includes catalog fields and photo URLs.
Photos
You can upload local images, link hosted URLs, or reuse a photo already attached to another active Stock product. The primary image is stored in image_url; the complete gallery is stored in image_urls.
During CSV import:
image_urlaccepts one hosted URL or a local filename.image_urlsaccepts pipe-separated URLs or a JSON array.image_pathsaccepts pipe-separated filenames from an attached local folder.- Local images are resized to a maximum dimension of 1600px before upload.
Active, archived, and public are different states
| State | Internal list | Public storefront |
|---|---|---|
| Active, not published | Visible | Hidden |
| Active, published | Visible | Visible when the storefront is enabled |
| Inactive/archived | Hidden from active views | Hidden |
Archiving preserves the movement ledger, images, reorder rules, and share-link references. Imported products default to active unless you choose another import status, but they do not automatically publish to the storefront.
Publish products
Only workspace owners and admins can change public visibility.
- Publish one item from its edit form.
- Publish many items with the product-list bulk action.
- Verify the published count under Stock > Settings.
- Enable the storefront only after at least one active product is published.
A published product with a positive sale price can enter the quote cart. A published product without a positive sale price displays Price on request and uses the inquiry workflow instead.
Storefront engagement
Open a product and scroll to Storefront engagement to see a unified timeline of customer interest and storefront comments.
For interest entries you can move the follow-up status through:
New -> Contacted -> Won / Lost -> Archived
Each entry links to the CRM contact created or reused from the visitor's email. Comments are display-only in this panel; interest entries have the status control.
Read the storefront and engagement workflow.
Reorder rules
Open Stock > Reorder rules and configure:
- Product
- Minimum quantity
- Optional maximum quantity
- Suggested reorder quantity
- Active/inactive state
Rules currently power below-threshold suggestions and the daily low-stock scan. They do not automatically create Procurement purchase orders.
