Insights, usage, quality and costs

The Insights area makes completed work and operational signals visible. Its current navigation groups six concepts:

• Reports — durable outputs produced by assistants and workflows.
• Conversations — voice, call and chat session records where enabled.
• Performance — outcome and operational performance views.
• Usage & costs — token and currency usage by run, assistant or team.
• Quality — conversation quality and review surfaces.
• Alerts — failure, service and risk signals; currently marked beta.

Interpreting metrics

Cost and token totals describe consumption, not business value. Success rates describe recorded run outcomes, not independently verified return on investment. Compare metrics within the same time range and verify that the run population belongs to the expected Workflows organization.

Reports and run details are the reviewable result; dashboards are summaries. Open the underlying run, report or conversation before making an operational decision from an aggregate metric.

Organization scope

Current observability migrations scope agent runs, reports and long-term memory to a Workflows organization. The same organization identifier is carried through Cloud and Hermes execution. Missing or conflicting scope is expected to fail closed. Some APIs and migrations still call this identifier a workspace_id; that is a technical compatibility name, not a dependency on LeenOps Workspace.
