Hermes Overview

Hermes is a private client runtime that can be installed on a client machine while reporting telemetry, health, and lifecycle events back to LeenOps.

What Hermes is for

Choose the deployment path

Start with Hermes install options. It separates the customer-facing CTO Team installation from restricted generic Hermes provisioning and operator-assisted runtime profiles.

Normal flow

1. Confirm the workspace entitlement and supported installation type.
2. Create or open the approved installation.
3. Generate a short-lived install command.
4. Run it on the target machine without sharing the token.
5. Confirm the installation becomes online.
6. Verify health, events, and logs in Observability.
